Led by Ms. Hershelle Hannah Agasa, a freelance artist and Gordon College student, the session focused on the fundamentals of freelancing and the importance of building a strong, clean, and consistent digital portfolio to attract potential clients. The discussion highlighted practical tips such as regularly updating one’s portfolio, maintaining visual consistency, and offering client-friendly services that match the artist’s style and value. As part of the organizing team, I contributed by creating the presentation materials and assisting in the execution of the seminar.   The Skyrocket Collective           The Skyrocket Collective held a webinar titled “Scene Synergy: How to Balance Interactions between 2D Characters and Environment Art” on November 22, 2025 , via Google Meet and Facebook Live from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.      The session was hosted by Ms. Hershelle Agasa , with Ms. Alyssa Beatrice Dela Cruz from Top Draw Animation, Inc. as the speaker. The discussion focused on key animation concepts such as physics, weight, contact, the 12 Principles of Animation, and basic character anatomy and placement in 2D environments.      The webinar felt more like a relaxed podcast-style conversation rather than a formal discussion, which made it more comfortable and engaging for everyone. Palette Spark 2025: Unveiling the Hues of Passion and Creativity of GCCCS BSEMC Students A celebration of creativity, chaos, and passion—Palette Spark 2025 was more than just an event; it was a milestone for all 4th-year BSEMC students. Held alongside our capstone film screenings and defenses, the event became a mix of excitement, pressure, sleepless nights, and unforgettable moments. From setting up studio booths to rushing last-minute designs, everything felt intense yet meaningful. Our studio, Tanaw Animation Studio, experienced the real struggle of preparation—from art blocks to designing nearly 50 pin layouts, 100 photocards, and various stickers. Despite the challenges, seeing people appreciate our films and support our booth made all the hard work worth it. We even managed to sell out all our merchandise and earn around ₱2,000 from a ₱500 starting capital—a small win that meant a lot after all the exhaustion.
